As a member of the Transportation & Logistics Council Inc., you have full access to the Council’s extensive Resource_Library, prior issues of the TransDigest in the TransDigest Archives and hundreds of Q&A’s in the Questions & Answers in Plain English (Archives).

The Council’s  Resource Library includes links to many different useful materials such as:

• Statutes – The Carmack Amendment; COGSA; The Bill of Lading Act; statute of limitations – freight charges, etc.
  
  
• Regulations – Claim Rules; Overcharge, Duplicate Payment Claims; FMCSA Safety Regulations

• Conference Presentations & Papers (Archives)** – The Council’s library includes presentations and papers from past Annual Conferences going back to the 1970’s – over 600 documents. Many of the recent presentations are available in “.pdf” format, while older ones are print copies. Among the papers and articles are many with very valuable legal, practical and historical information.
