As a member of the Transportation & Logistics Council Inc., you have full access to the Council’s extensive Resource_Library, prior issues of the TransDigest in the TransDigest Archives and hundreds of Q&A’s in the Questions & Answers in Plain English (Archives).

The Council’s  Resource Library includes links to many different useful materials such as:

• Statutes – The Carmack Amendment; COGSA; The Bill of Lading Act; statute of limitations – freight charges, etc.
• Regulations – Claim Rules; Overcharge, Duplicate Payment Claims; FMCSA Safety Regulations
• Articles/White Papers – “Compliance with Bioterrorism Act of 2002”;  “Incoterm Definitions”
• Forms – Sample Loss & Damage Claim Form, Uniform Straight Bill of Lading
